1. The prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from the Prime Gurukul Office. Refund requests made verbally, through phone, email, or any other informal means will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. The Refund Application in the prescribed format will be considered only if it is submitted along with the original fee receipt and Identity Card, as per the refund schedule mentioned below.
3. If a student has paid the course fee in full and decides to discontinue the course after September 30th, the refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, after deducting applicable GST.
4. The number of days for refund eligibility will be calculated from the date of admission.
5. All refunds will be made only through online mode (NEFT) to the student’s or parent’s bank account, as mentioned in the refund form.
6. The same refund rules apply in the following cases:
- If the student joins the course late.
- If the student does not attend even a single class after paying the fee.
Special Case for Refund
If a student secures admission to a Government Medical College (MBBS/BDS) in India within 30 days of taking admission at Prime Gurukul, a refund will be processed after deducting GST + 50% of the total fee paid.
